Beschrijving

Amazing products

Think this is our 4th Canny collar, due to outgrowing the previous. As a 60kg Newfoundland her safety is my priority, this collar allows me control no matter what.
Love it !!!

Brilliant

I've got a 9 month old, 51kg central asian shepherd puppy. He was pulling me everywhere until the canny collar turned up. Took a couple of days for him to get use to it, but now he is a totally different dog. Walks properly and only now and again does he try to pull. Even off the lead, I leave the canny coller on ant tuck the ends under his collar so he thinks it's still on. Wonderful. With a potential weight of over 120kg, and the size of a donkey, I just hope the canny collar will still fit. Thank you so much for a wonderful collar. Made extremely well and worth every penny.

Game Changer

I have a 1 year old, 57Kg Newfoundland "puppy", who to put it mildly was a real handful on a normal collar and lead. Tried a Halti, which was a bit of nightmare as he would just not tolerate it, then came across the Canny Company and thought why not? I am always a bit skeptical of videos showing a dog misbehaving on the lead 1 minute and then in the next shot are miraculously walking calmly along in the next, but credit where credit is due, within a couple of minutes, I could easily hold 57kg of "Newfie" in one hand and have him walk by my side without pulling my shoulder out of its sockets! It does require the owner to be attentive to what the dog is doing as the Nose strap will slip off if you dont keep a small amount of tension on the straps, but would highly recommend to anyone who is having issues with a dog that pulls.

That's fantastic news David, thank you so much for sharing your experience of the Colossus with us. We're delighted that it is helping you both to enjoy your walks with ease (and by keeping your arm in your socket!). We particularly love hearing from Newfie owners as it was a chance discussion with someone from the Newfoundland Breeders Association at Crufts that led to us developing the Colossus. He told us that options for Newfies that pull were very limited so our team went away and designed a version of the Canny Collar that was beefier and sturdier for bigger breeds such as yours. We hope that you both enjoy many more walks together, good luck with your training.
